Following is a brief description of the new features introduced with Belt Analyst™ v19.

Belt Analyst™ version 19.1

Brand New Training Website – We have completely updated our training website with new videos and guided etraining courses. Etraining is available to anyone with an active MES subscription.

Lagging Analyst Update – The Lagging Analyst tool has received a full face-lift utilizing an improved modernized user interface.

Improved License Security – 2 factor authentication is now standard when activating a license. Users will now have to verify their email address prior to activating the program.

New Takeup/Drive Definition – Users can now create takeup pulleys located on the head/discharge pulley. Furthermore, users can define a pulley that functions both as a drive pulley and a takeup pulley.

DIN 22101 Pulley Friction Factor Defaults – Default pulley friction factors are automatically updated based upon DIN22101 (2011) table 6 when calculating in DIN mode.

Custom Belt Rubber Data Sharing – Calculations with custom belt rubber data can now have the rubber data embedded securely in the belt analyst file for easy/secure file and calculation result sharing.

Dynamic Analyst Easy Parking Brake Application Control – Dynamic Analyst now has an easy control method to apply a parking brake as the velocity at the brake reaches a user specified velocity value.

Belt Analyst™ version 19.0

Adds Undo/Redo capability.

Power Summary: plots chart comparing the maximum power requirement for each operating case.

Takeup Travel Summary: plots chart displaying estimated takeup travel for each operating case.

For analysis of Flap Mode, add comparison of operating cases.

Improve user interface for takeup selection and expanded specification of takeup design. Improved data sharing of takeup data from BA to Dynamic Analysis.

Updated license management.

Default Empty Load Case.
