Takeup tension can be adjusted based on a input time-tension curve.

•The input torque data is entered on the control curve data table and displayed on the control curve chart. Minimum/maximum and initial tension values are inherent to this input time-torque curve.

 

Have too much belt tension fluctuation with gravity takeup during stopping; switch to a mechanical takeup and increase takeup tension during stopping.

If the takeup is equipped with a brake, the brake can be applied or not based on time.

The input off/on selection is entered on the brake control data table and displayed on the control curve chart.
