Users can test the effects of changing Idler Drag, Angular Install Tolerance and the Belt Cover Multiplier on the power.  Each line item in the grid is a different test case and all three variables can be modified by a percentage up or down to observe the effects. Additional line items can be added or removed using the "+" or "-" buttons on the side of the grid.

To run the calculation click the Calculate button;  this will run through each line item in the grid and when finished display the results in the main view area.

PowerWizard-chart

After calculating results, the user can choose to apply the conditions of any line item to the currently selected case in Belt Analyst by clicking the apply button. This will overwrite the Idler Drag, Angular Install Tolerance and the Belt Cover Multiplier variables in the current case.

Individual plot lines can be toggled on or off by left clicking the legend color box. Alternatively if the user right clicks a box it will show only the plot selected and hide all others
