Two belt types are available for the conveyor design. The menu choices are accessed from the Design Options > Conveyor menu:

The Pipe Belt selection is only available with the "Suite" version of Belt Analyst™.

•Standard Belt: Troughed idlers supporting the belt from the underside.

•Pipe Belt:  Idlers positioned in a hexagonal arrangement forcing the belt into a tubular cross-section.

The belt type selection will affect input requirement and the display output.

•Belt width selection.

•Input of horizontal and vertical curves.
