RollSpecificOutput-IdlerAnalyst

This section is used to display roll specific outputs that may be useful during the design and evaluation of the idler set and each roll. The outputs are described below:

Roll RPM – This is the revolutions per minute of each roll given the conveyor speed and roll diameters

Roll Rotating Weight – This is the estimated rotating weight of each roll.

Estimated Seal Drag – This is the estimated seal drag as defined by the CEMA universal method for each roll.

Estimated Speed Factor – This is the estimated speed factor as defined by the CEMA universal method for each roll. This defines how the roll drag increases with speed.

Estimated Load Factor – This is the estimated load factor as defined by the CEMA universal method for each roll. This defines how the roll drag increases with load.

Roll Length Under Belt – This is the calculated length of the roll that is underneath the belt.

Material Width Above Roll – This is the calculated length material that is above the roll.

Force from Material Weight on Roll – This is the calculated load on the roll due to material weight.

Force form Belt Weight on Roll – This is the calculated load on the roll due to belt weight.
