The pipe belt will apply additional pressure against the idler rolls as it forced into vertical and horizontal curves.

The table shown in the curve tab when a pipe belt is being designed is used to input the  description of these curves.

The location of curves is determines from the  conveyor profile.

Everything in blue is editable. Yellow indicates that the curve diameter is less than the normally recommended value.

•The Flt Number is provided to locate the curve.

While the type of vertical curve is concave or convex, this data is not needed for the calculation.

•The Curve Radius should be input for the vertical and horizontal components of the curve.:
