The  selection of reversing the direction of material flow is made in the Design Options > General  menu item.

To reverse the direction of the conveyor, single click on the Edit > Reverse Conveyor menu item.

Since the program assumes a material flow direction starting at flight segment 1 then segment 2, etc., reversing the conveyor reorders the flight segments. This will then result in a redrawn conveyor profile and revised segment numbers for drives, pulleys and takeup.
