The highlighted section below gives basic calculated outputs resulting from the user input idler set information.

The data shown in this section can be described as follows:

•Input Load on Idler Set – This is the total resulting force due to gravity that needs to be supported by the idler set. This includes the weight of the belt and material. This does not include any idler misalignment loads.

•Left Edge Distance – This is the distance from the edge of the belt to the edge of the material on the left side of the idler set.

•Right Edge Distance – This is the distance from the edge of the belt to the edge of the material on the right side of the idler set.
