Click on the Data button in the menu bar, then click on Online Updates.

There is a Belt Data tab, and an Idler Data tab. The databases that you have on your computer are listed under Local Databases. The ones that are available for download are listed under Server Databases. You can click the Add button to add the Server databases to your computer, or click the Remove button to remove local databases from your computer.
