The chart data can be saved as a *.csv file by right clicking on the desired chart and selecting "Save CSV". This routine will create CSV files for the plot data. These files contain comma separated values for the plot points. They can typically be read by spreadsheet programs, such as Microsoft Excel.

The CSV files will be placed in the same directory as the case data file.
